Non-industrial reserves (deposits) of oil and gas
23. Non-industrial reserves include reserves of deposits (accumulations) whose involvement in development at the time of assessment is economically unprofitable or technically or technologically impossible. This group includes oil and fuel gas reserves of deposits (accumulations) that are not economically viable for development at the current stage, as well as conserved deposits, deposits located within water protection zones, populated areas, structures, agricultural facilities, nature reserves, natural, historical, and cultural monuments, and deposits significantly distant from transportation routes and territories with developed oil production infrastructure. Geological reserves are calculated and accounted for on deposits and accumulations with non-industrial reserves.
