Natural Loss of Petroleum Products
1.1. Natural loss of petroleum products refers to losses (reduction in mass while maintaining quality within the limits set by regulatory documents), resulting from the physico-chemical properties of petroleum products, the influence of meteorological factors, and imperfections in existing means of protection against evaporation and adherence of petroleum products during transportation, receipt, storage, and issue.
1.2. Natural loss does not include losses of petroleum products caused by violations of standards, technical specifications, rules for technical operation and storage, or consequences of natural disasters.
