State Anthem of the Russian Federation
Article 2. The State Anthem of the Russian Federation is an official state symbol of the Russian Federation.
The State Anthem of the Russian Federation is a musical and poetic composition performed in cases provided for by this Federal Constitutional Law.
The State Anthem of the Russian Federation may be performed in orchestral, choral, orchestral-choral or other vocal and instrumental versions. In doing so, sound and video recording means as well as television and radio broadcasting means may be used.
