Operator of the "depository" account
2.39. Depot account operator - a legal entity that is not a depositor of this account, but has the right, based on agreements registered with the depository between the operator and the depositor or an instruction from the depositor to the operator, to issue orders for the performance of depositary operations on the depositor's depot account within the powers established by the agreement or instruction
