Simplified Client Identification
simplified identification of a client who is an individual (hereinafter also referred to as simplified identification) - carried out in cases established by this Federal law, refers to a set of measures aimed at establishing for a client who is an individual their surname, name, patronymic (unless otherwise provided by law or national custom), series and number of the identity document, and confirmation of the accuracy of these details by one of the following methods:
using originals of documents and/or properly certified copies of documents;
using information from information systems of state authorities, of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, the Federal Fund for Compulsory Medical Insurance and (or) a state information system determined by the Government of the Russian Federation;
using the unified identification and authentication system when using an enhanced qualified electronic signature or a simple electronic signature provided that the identity of the physical person is verified in person at the time of issuing the key for the simple electronic signature;
