12) operational groundwater reserves - the quantity of groundwater that can be obtained at a deposit using technically justified water extraction facilities in the drinking water supply system under specified operating conditions and modes, as well as with water quality meeting the requirements for its intended use over the calculated period of water consumption, taking into account environmental protection restrictions;
