Monitoring Compliance with Standards of Healthcare Services
1.2. Monitoring compliance with medical care standards represents a state supervisory function aimed at assessing the conformity of provided medical care to requirements for conducting diagnostic, therapeutic and other studies and activities, as well as pharmacological treatment for specific diseases and conditions established by medical care standards, as well as requirements regarding the scope and quality of medical care.
1.3. Monitoring compliance with medical care standards also includes monitoring the provision of free medical care within the Framework of the Program of State Guarantees for Providing Free Medical Care to Citizens of the Russian Federation, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation
