State Preservation of Literary Monuments
8.1. State preservation of bibliographic monuments refers to an organized system of measures ensuring the accounting, preservation, and use of bibliographic monuments located in libraries, museums, book offices, archives, scientific-technical information bodies, and other collections storage facilities of Russia on the rights of possession, disposal (management), or use of state and (or) municipal property
