53. The group "Abandoned after drilling" should include all production and exploration wells that have never been put into operation and were abandoned after drilling (including technically unsuccessful ones, as well as wells abandoned in accordance with the Instruction on the Procedure for Abandonment and Conservation of Oil and Gas Wells and Their Heads and Casings, approved by the Order of the State Industrial Safety Inspection of Russia dated August 19, 1994, No. 51), throughout the entire period of existence of the legal entity on areas:
being developed;
development ceased;
under exploration;
exploration ceased.
Included here are also wells abandoned after drilling located on areas accepted from Rosnedra and other organizations
