Organizational and Staff Measures in General Jurisdiction Courts
Organizational and staffing measures are activities carried out during the establishment, reorganization, liquidation (abolition), as well as during the introduction of a new structure, making changes and additions to the structure and staffing schedule, reduction, increase, or redistribution of the number of personnel in federal courts of general jurisdiction, the Judicial Department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the Judicial Department) or the office (department) of the Judicial Department in a subject of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the body of the Judicial Department)
