Treasure
1. Treasure, i.e., money or valuable items buried in the ground or hidden otherwise, whose proprietor cannot be established or has lost the right thereto by law, becomes the property of the person to whom the property (land plot, building, etc.) belongs where the treasure was hidden and the person who discovered the treasure in equal shares, unless otherwise agreed between them
