Tenant under a Residential Premises Lease Agreement
1. The lessee under a lease agreement for residential premises may be only a citizen.
2. The citizens who reside permanently in the residential premises together with the lessee must be specified in the agreement. In the absence of such specifications in the agreement, the admission of these citizens shall be carried out in accordance with the rules of Article 679 of this Code.
Citizens residing permanently together with the lessee have equal rights to use the residential premises as the lessee. The relations between the lessee and such citizens are determined by law.
3. The lessee is liable to the lessor for actions of citizens who reside permanently together with him, which violate the terms of the lease agreement for residential premises.
