Original topology
2. A topology is considered original if it is created as a result of the author's creative activity and was unknown to the author and (or) specialists in the field of topology development on the date of its creation. A topology is deemed original until proven otherwise.

3. A topology consisting of elements that are known to specialists in the field of topology development on the date of its creation is entitled to legal protection only if the overall combination of such elements meets the requirement of originality.
