10) seller - an individual entrepreneur registered in accordance with the procedures established by Russian legislation, a citizen who has concluded with the market management company a contract for the provision of a trading place and directly carries out on the trading place activities related to the sale of goods (performance of works, rendering of services) on the market, as well as physical persons involved by the person with whom a contract for the provision of a trading place has been concluded in order to carry out the aforementioned activities;
