Owner of a duty-free store
1. The owner of a duty-free store may be a Russian legal entity included in the register of owners of duty-free stores.
2. The owner of a duty-free store performs obligations provided for by Article 36 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union.
3. In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 35 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union, the owner of a duty-free shop is excluded from the register of owners of duty-free shops for failure to comply with the obligations provided for in Article 36 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union. The confirmation of non-compliance with such obligations is the imposition of administrative liability on the owner of a duty-free shop for an administrative offense in the field of customs matters provided by paragraph 1 of Article 16.9 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses, and/or repeated (two or more times) imposition of administrative liability on the owner of a duty-free shop for administrative offenses in the field of customs matters provided by Articles 16.2, 16.3, 16.14, 16.15, 16.19, paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 16.23 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses, during a period when the person is considered to be subject to administrative punishment for offenses provided by these articles, provided that the total amount of administrative fines imposed under these articles amounts to 250,000 rubles or more
