Departmental (Industry-Specific) Budgetary Norms
Departmental (sectoral) estimate norms are those introduced into force by ministries and other federal executive bodies for production construction carried out within the corresponding industry and, as a rule, in certain areas (coal basins, unions, individual construction projects, etc.) for which they were developed. These norms must not contradict federal estimate norms or duplicate them.
