Abandoned oil wells after drilling


77. The indicator "Abandoned after Drilling" shall include all operational and exploratory wells that have never been put into operation and abandoned after drilling (including technically unsuccessful wells, as well as wells abandoned in accordance with the instructions on the procedure for abandoning and conserving oil and gas wells and their surface and borehole equipment, approved by Decree No. 51 of the State Mining Inspection of Russia dated August 19, 1994), throughout the entire period of existence of the legal entity engaged in oil production:

on developed areas;

areas ceased from development;

areas currently being

areas abandoned by exploration.

This also includes those discontinued after drilling wells, located on areas accepted by Rosnedra and other organizations
