Unified Air Traffic Management System of the Russian Federation
1. The Unified Air Traffic Management System of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Unified System) is designed to ensure safe, economical, regular air traffic and other activities related to the use of the airspace of the Russian Federation in the interests of citizens, the economy, defense, and state security, as well as air traffic management services over the open sea, where responsibility for organizing air traffic is assigned to the Russian Federation by international agreements of the Russian Federation
