Date of submission of tax documents
The date of submission of tax documents is the actual date on which the documents are submitted to the tax authority on paper carriers or the date of postal dispatch of a registered letter with an inventory of attachments. When transmitting via telecommunications channels, the day of submission is considered to be the date of sending. The date of sending via telecommunications channels is recorded in the confirmation from the specialized communication operator sent to the taxpayer and the tax authority.
