Energy Supply Contract
1. Under the energy supply agreement, the energy supply organization is obliged to deliver energy to the subscriber (consumer) through the connected network, while the subscriber is obliged to pay for the received energy and comply with the consumption regime stipulated by the agreement, ensure the safety of operation of energy networks under its jurisdiction, and maintain the proper functioning of equipment and devices used by it for energy consumption.
