Nuclear installation
j) "Nuclear installation" means -
i) any nuclear reactor, excluding a reactor installed on a means of sea or air transport for use as a source of energy for propulsion of that means of transport or for any other purpose;
ii) any facility using nuclear fuel for the production of nuclear material, or any facility for processing nuclear material, including any facility for reprocessing irradiated nuclear fuel; and iii) any place where nuclear material is stored (stockpiled), excluding storage related to the transportation of such material;
provided that the state responsible for installation may establish that several nuclear facilities of one operator located in the same place are considered as a single nuclear facility.
