Initial discount on the REPO transaction
2.3.14. Initial discount (Initial Discount) - a condition of the REPO transaction that may be set by the parties to the REPO transaction when concluding it. The amount of the Initial Discount is specified in the application for entering into a REPO transaction explicitly or unambiguously determined from the terms of the application. The Central Bank of Russia has the right to establish limitations on the size of the Initial Discount. The formula for calculating the initial discount value is provided in Appendix 1 to this Regulation
