Negotiable Transport Document
15. "Negotiable bill of lading" means a transport document in which, by means of such expressions as "to order" or "negotiable," or other appropriate expressions recognized under the law applicable to such documents, it is indicated that the goods have been shipped to the order of the shipper, the consignee, or the bearer, and in which it is not explicitly stated that it is "non-negotiable" or "not transferable."
