Forests of agricultural formations
7.8.1. The forest fund of agricultural formations includes forests transferred to collective farms for indefinite use, assigned to state farms, as well as those that have come under the jurisdiction of other agricultural formations established as a result of the reorganization of collective and state farms. Rules for managing forestry in these forests are determined by a special provision approved by the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with the principles of the Russian Federation's forest legislation.
7.8.2. Forests on agricultural formations' lands consist of:
natural stands and forest plantations created on land not covered by forests;
agroforestry melioration and erosion control protective forest stands (agroforestry melioration fund)
