Contracting Party of the Applicant
(xiv) "Applicant Contracting Party" means a Contracting Party or one of the Contracting Parties in which the applicant has a right to file an international application pursuant to the fact that, with respect to this Contracting Party, he satisfies at least one of the conditions set out in Article 3; where there are two or more Contracting Parties in which the applicant may have a right to file an international application in accordance with Article 3, "Applicant Contracting Party" means the one of these Contracting Parties specified as such in the international application;
