c) the term "partially closed" with respect to containers referred to in subpoint b)i of article 1 means containers usually consisting of a floor and an upper structure forming a loading space equivalent to the loading space of a closed container. The upper structure usually consists of metallic elements forming the container's frame. Containers of this type may also include one or more side or end walls. In some cases, there is only a roof attached to the floor by supports. This type of container is used, in particular, for transporting bulky cargo (e.g., passenger cars);
