Collective system
9. "collective system":
a) a system for supplying drinking water to a number of households or enterprises;
b) a system for carrying out sanitary and preventive measures, which serves a number of households or enterprises and, if necessary, also ensures the collection, transportation, purification and removal or reuse of industrial wastewater, and whose operation is ensured by a state sector authority, a private sector enterprise, or through a partnership between these two sectors;
