Monitoring of Law Implementation in the Russian Federation
2. Monitoring involves comprehensive and planned activities carried out by federal executive authorities and state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation within their powers, aimed at collecting, summarizing, analyzing, and evaluating information to ensure the adoption (issuance), amendment, or repeal of:
a) legislative and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation - in order to implement decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and rulings of the European Court of Human Rights;
b) normative legal acts of the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation, federal executive authorities, other state bodies, state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, and local normative legal acts - in cases provided for by federal laws;
c) normative legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, federal executive authorities, other state bodies, state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal normative legal acts - in cases provided for by the acts of the President of the Russian Federation;
d) normative legal acts of the Russian Federation - in cases provided for by the annual addresses of the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, other program documents, orders of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation, main directions of the activities of the Government of the Russian Federation for the corresponding period and state socio-economic development programs;
e) normative legal acts of the Russian Federation - in order to implement anti-corruption policy and eliminate corruption-related factors;
e) normative legal acts of the Russian Federation - in order to eliminate contradictions between normative legal acts of equal legal force
