Material
"material" means any of the non-nuclear materials listed in the IAEA document INFCIRC/254/Rev.8/Part 1, which may be periodically amended. Any such amendment shall have effect under this Agreement only if both Parties notify each other in writing through diplomatic channels that they accept such amendment;
