Fishery Resources
f) "fishery resources" means all kinds in this Convention Area, including fish, molluscs, crustaceans and other living marine resources as the Commission decides, but excluding:
i) sedentary species to the extent that they fall under the national jurisdiction of coastal states, in accordance with paragraph 4 of article 77 of the 1982 Convention;
ii) highly migratory species listed in Appendix I to the 1982 Convention;
iii) anadromous and catadromous species;
and iv) marine mammals, reptiles and birds;
