Net Working Capital in the Context of Tariff Regulation


"net working capital" - the difference between the amount of current assets and the amount of current liabilities of an organization engaged in regulated activities, determined by regulatory authorities taking into account the maximum and minimum values of the net working capital ratio established by the regulatory authority for the long-term regulation period as a percentage of the required gross revenue, in accordance with methodological guidelines for tariff regulation using the method of return on invested capital;
