Authorized Representative of the Organization
"authorized representative at the Organization" (hereinafter referred to as the Authorized Representative) - a representative designated by the State-Member of the Organization in accordance with its national legislation, endowed by the sending State with the necessary authorities for activities related to the Organization and for work in the Permanent Council established in accordance with Chapter IV of the Charter of the Organization;
