Plans for the Protection of Technologies
6. "Technology Protection Plans" - any plans developed jointly by Russian consignees and American consignees with the participation, if necessary, of physical or legal entities of third states or representatives of international organizations using spacecraft for which export licenses have been issued by the United States of America, or launch vehicles for which export licenses have been issued by Russia or whose export is provided for by other appropriate authorizations of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the relevant authority or authorities of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the United States of America prior to delivering spacecraft to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or to the territory of the Russian Federation, and in which safety measures to be implemented during activities related to launches, including in case of emergency situations, are set out.
