Direct Control
17) "direct control" - the possibility of a legal or physical person to determine decisions made by a legal entity through one or several of the following actions:
performance of functions of its executive body; obtaining the right to determine conditions for conducting business activities of the legal entity;
control over more than 50 percent of the total number of votes attributable to shares (shares) constituting the charter (contributed) capital of the legal entity;
