Technopark

A high-tech technopark represents a form of territorial integration of commercial and non-commercial organizations in science and education, financial institutions, enterprises, and entrepreneurs interacting with each other, as well as with state authorities and local self-government bodies, aimed at creating a modern technological and organizational environment for innovative entrepreneurship and the implementation of venture projects. The achievement of this goal is carried out through the creation of material-technical, service, financial and other infrastructure to support the effective establishment, development and preparation for independent activities of small and medium-sized innovative enterprises, individual entrepreneurs, commercial application of scientific knowledge, inventions, know-how and science-intensive technologies, as well as promoting them on the global market of scientific and technical products.

11.6.1. A technopark is an asset complex established for activities in the field of high technologies, consisting of office buildings and production facilities, as well as engineering, transport, residential and social infrastructure objects with a total area of no less than 5000 square meters. Residents of the technopark are small and medium-sized enterprises, scientific organizations, design and research bureaus, educational institutions, innovation infrastructure organizations, manufacturing enterprises or their subdivisions, research centers, business incubators and other infrastructure objects supporting small and medium-sized entrepreneurship subjects
