Payers of special, anti-dumping, compensatory duties (including preliminary special, preliminary anti-dumping, preliminary compensatory duties)
"special, anti-dumping, and compensatory duties (including provisional special, provisional anti-dumping, and provisional compensatory duties)" - declarant or other persons upon whom, in accordance with the Customs Code of the Customs Union, international agreements of the Contracting Parties' states and (or) legislation of the Contracting Parties' states, the obligation to pay import customs duties and taxes on goods imported from foreign countries into the unified customs territory of the Customs Union, to which special, anti-dumping, and compensatory duties (including provisional special, provisional anti-dumping, and provisional compensatory duties) apply, is imposed;
