Market (Equal-Income) Prices
"market (equal-income) prices" - wholesale prices for gas formed to meet internal needs, including, among other things, the following principles:
for gas-producing states - participants of the Common Economic Space, the formation of market wholesale price is carried out by deducting from the gas selling price on the external market the amount of duties, fees, taxes, and other payments levied in these states, as well as the cost of transporting gas beyond the gas-producing states - participants of the Common Economic Space, taking into account the difference in the cost of transporting gas on the external and internal markets of the gas supplier;
for gas-consuming states - participants of the Common Economic Space - the market wholesale price, formation of which is carried out by the producer of the gas-producing state by deducting from the gas selling price on the external market duties, fees, taxes, and other payments, as well as the cost of transporting gas beyond the gas-producing state - participant of the Common Economic Space;
