Officials of the United Nations
(z) "United Nations officials" means the Resident Coordinator, representatives of United Nations organs, programmes and funds, members of their staff, and all United Nations officials, regardless of nationality, employed in accordance with the United Nations Staff Regulations and Rules, except those recruited in the Russian Federation on an hourly pay basis as provided for in Resolution 76 (I) of the General Assembly of the United Nations dated 7 December 1946;
