Warsaw Convention
a) "Warsaw Convention" means the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Air Carriage, signed in Warsaw on 12 October 1929, or the Warsaw Convention amended in The Hague in 1955, depending on which of them regulates the carriage in accordance with the contract provided in paragraph "b";
