Commercial enterprise
b) the term "commercial enterprise" includes:
i). commercial enterprises and institutions, including those engaged exclusively or mainly in operations relating to the sale, purchase, distribution, insurance, negotiation, lending or management of goods or services of any kind;
ii). institutions for care and treatment especially of the elderly.
iii). sick, infirm, poor or mentally ill persons;
iv). hotels, restaurants, boarding houses, canteens, clubs, cafes and other similar public catering establishments;
v). theatres and public entertainment places;
vi). any enterprises analogous to those listed above in sub-paragraphs i, ii, iii and iv;
