Freestyle

Freestyle skiing - a winter Olympic sport - is a type of alpine skiing. Freestyle includes three disciplines: moguls (a descent on a slope with an uneven surface featuring a specified number and parameters of bumps), single and double aerials (aerial maneuvers performed during a jump from a slope), and ski ballet. The current Winter Olympics program includes single moguls and aerials. Freestyle courses are set up on both natural and artificial slopes. Requirements for course parameters are determined by competition rules.
