Interested workers
1. For the purposes of this Convention, the term "interested workers" means workers employed in establishments to which this Convention applies according to the provisions of Article 1, regardless of the nature and duration of their employment relationships. However, each Member State, taking into account national legislation, conditions and practices, and after consultations with interested organizations of employers and workers, may exclude certain specific categories of workers from the scope of application of all or some of the provisions of this Convention.
