Occupational Hygiene Services
a) the term "occupational hygiene services" means services which are primarily entrusted with preventive functions and responsibility for advising employers, workers and their representatives at the enterprise on matters relating to:
i). requirements concerning the creation and maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment that will contribute to optimal physical and mental health in relation to the work process;
ii). adapting work processes to the capabilities of workers taking into account the state of their physical and mental health;
