"operational responsibility boundary" - line dividing objects of centralized cold water supply systems and (or) sewage systems, including water supply and (or) sewerage networks, according to the criterion of obligations (responsibilities) for operation of these systems or networks, established in the cold water supply contract, sewage contract or unified cold water supply and sewage contract, contract for transportation of cold water, contract for transportation of wastewater; "boundary of operational responsibility" - the line separating objects of centralized hot water supply systems, including water supply networks, established by the hot water supply contract, the contract for transportation of hot water, determined based on the responsibility for operating these objects and agreement between the parties; in the absence of such an agreement, it is determined by the boundary of balance ownership. In cases where collective (common house) meters for water and thermal energy are part of the hot water supply system, the boundary of operational responsibility is the connection point (attachment point);
