social obligations - obligations of liquidating organizations related to the extraction (processing) of coal (shale) towards employees laid off during the restructuring period of the coal industry, other categories of individuals, in terms of ensuring measures for social guarantees provided by this Federal Law, the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation; social obligations - obligations of the state and (or) organizations engaged in the extraction (processing) of coal (shale) towards workers who have been dismissed due to the liquidation of organizations engaged in the extraction (processing) of coal (shale), reduction in the number or staff size of employees of these organizations during the restructuring period of the coal industry, and other categories of persons (family members of deceased (deceased) workers of organizations engaged in the extraction (processing) of coal (shale) and units of military emergency rescue teams, retirees and disabled individuals who worked in these organizations) in terms of ensuring social guarantees, prescribed by this Federal Law, the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation; social obligations - obligations of the state and (or) organizations regarding the extraction (processing) of coal (lignite) towards employees laid off due to the liquidation of organizations engaged in the extraction (processing) of coal (lignite), reduction in the number or staff of employees of these organizations during the restructuring of the coal industry, and other categories of persons (family members of deceased (deceased) employees of organizations involved in the extraction (processing) of coal (lignite) and units of militarized rescue services, retirees and disabled individuals who worked in these organizations) in terms of ensuring social guarantees, provided for by this Federal Law, the Labour Code of the Russian Federation, and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation; social obligations - obligations of liquidating organizations regarding the extraction (processing) of coal (shale) towards employees laid off during the restructuring period of the coal industry, as well as other categories of persons, in terms of ensuring measures for social guarantees provided by this Federal Law, the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation;
