4.1.4. Account "B1" (hereinafter - special bank account "B1") (account code 17) - is opened for a non-resident to conduct settlements and transfers upon receipt of a loan and credit in the currency of the Russian Federation from a resident; to attract from a resident the currency of the Russian Federation received from the initial placement (issuance) of shares and bonds, which are internal securities issued by a non-resident, by the account holder "B1", from the issuance by the non-resident, the account holder "B1", of bills of exchange that are internal securities
