Account Operator "Depo"
2.39. Depository Account Operator - a legal entity which is not a depositor of this account but has the right, based on contracts registered with the depository between the operator and the depositor or instructions from the depositor to the operator, to issue instructions for carrying out depository operations on the depositor's depository account within the powers established by the contract or instructions
