2.1.2. Account "R1" (hereinafter - special bank account "R1") (account code 12) is opened to a resident (a physical person - an individual entrepreneur and a legal entity) for settlements and transfers when receiving a loan and credit in foreign currency from a non-resident; for attracting foreign currency from a non-resident, received from the initial placement (issuance) of shares and bonds that are external securities, issued by a resident, owner of account "R1"; from the issuance by the resident, the owner of account "R1", to a non-resident of bills that are external securities; for attracting foreign currency from the transfer in favor of a non-resident of external securities that have not been accounted for on the special section of the deposit account specified in subpoint 3.2.3 of point 3.2 of this Instruction, including settlements and transfers related to the transfer of external securities that have not been accounted for on the special section of the deposit account specified in subpoint 3.2.3 of point 3.2 of this Instruction (rights confirmed by external securities that have not been accounted for on the special section of the deposit account specified in subparagraph 3.2.3 of paragraph 3.2 of this Instruction)
