Principle of "from the reverse" in standardization
Reverse principle: a principle according to which anything acceptable under the conditions of an international standard (international document) is acceptable under the conditions of a regional or national standard, and vice versa; thus, compliance with the requirements of an international standard (international document) implies compliance with the requirements of a regional or national standard
