2.1.3. Account "R2" (hereinafter - special bank account "R2") (account code 13) - is opened for a resident (a physical person - individual entrepreneur and a legal entity) for settlement and transfers when providing a loan in foreign currency to a non-resident; for the purchase from a non-resident of external securities, including settlements and transfers related to the transfer of external securities (rights evidenced by external securities); for the alienation to a non-resident of external securities (excluding external securities specified in sub-item 2.1.2 of item 2.1 of this Instruction), including settlements and transfers related to the transfer of external securities (excluding external securities specified in sub-item 2.1.2 of item 2.1 of this Instruction) (rights evidenced by external securities (excluding external securities specified in sub-item 2.1.2 of item 2.1 of this Instruction))
